Lester Andrei Lomboy is a committed youth leader and passionate advocate for disaster risk reduction, resilience, and climate justice. He formerly served as the President of the Bulacan Youth Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (BYDRRM) Council, where he led impactful youth-driven programs that promoted preparedness, emergency response, and sustainable community resilience throughout Bulacan.
Currently serving as a Disaster Resilient Youth Ambassador, Lester continues to amplify the role of young people in shaping disaster-resilient and climate-conscious communities. Alongside his work in DRRM, he is an active voice in the climate justice movement, advocating for environmental sustainability, equitable solutions, and the protection of vulnerable communities most affected by climate change.
Through partnerships, public speaking, and grassroots mobilization, Lester remains committed to empowering the youth as changemakers in both disaster resilience and climate action. His work reflects a deep belief that meaningful change begins with informed, engaged, and united young leaders.
